Scotland With a Guide was created a few years ago by Carole Beaumont and it is now part of an extended team of local tour guides.
Originally born and brought up in France, Carole moved to Scotland over 14 years ago where she now resides on the magical Isle of Skye. Over time, she came to realize the importance of languages within the tourism industry. That and the fact that nowadays people were looking for something a little bit different, something a wee bit off the beaten track, where they can meet genuine local guides, with a passion and a wealth of knowledge. And hear tales about the land and its people, in their chosen language. This convinced her that something had to be done. And so was born Scotland With A Guide!
